3. Booking and Payments

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed once payment or deposit is received.

  • Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment must be received by the date indicated in your booking confirmation.

  • Payment methods will be outlined during booking and may include secure online payments, bank transfers, or authorized third-party processors.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted).

  • Refunds depend on the timing of the cancellation and supplier conditions.

  • Certain tours may have specific cancellation policies based on accommodation, transportation, or local operator agreements.

  • In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, or similar situations beyond our control), we will make every effort to reschedule or offer a credit.

5. Travel Documents and Health

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, and health certificates) are valid for the duration of the trip.
Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs prior to travel so we can make appropriate arrangements.

6. Limitation of Liability

CostaVerde Tours SRL acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent service providers (such as hotels, transportation companies, and local guides). We are not responsible for injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from acts or omissions of third parties or events beyond our control.

7. Responsible Travel

We are committed to sustainable and regenerative tourism. By booking with us, you agree to respect local communities, cultures, and the natural environment during your trip.

We protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sensitive information (e.g., passport or medical data) is collected only when necessary and handled securely.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved under Costa Rican jurisdiction.
